Our History
The management team of Alarm Financial Services, Inc. has extensive alarm industry experience. The founder started Fidelity Alarms in 1969, and grew the company to over 5,000 commercial and residential customers, employing as many as 75 sales people, service technicians, administrators and central station personnel. The company was sold to Security Link in 1987.Since 1987, AFS has been providing financial services to the alarm industry. In 2023, AFS announced advisory services aimed at security or fire alarm dealers who are considering an acquisition, either as a seller or as a buyer.
Fidelity Alarms and AFS have been active members of many security industry professional associations, including ASIS, ESA and CA Alarm Association, as well as business and charitable organizations in many cities across the country.
